Delivery

You can place an order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week using our webshop or you can telephone our friendly sales staff during office hours 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively you can e-mail us your order details at sales@dttuk.com or fax 01488 685390

We offer standard delivery to UK mainland destinations, at a charge of £11.50. Pre 12.30pm delivery to mainland UK is available at £22.00 and pre 10.30am delivery will be £27.00. Delivery costs are subject to VAT at prevailing rate and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

Next working day delivery - we endeavour to offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 4:30pm on Monday to Friday for items that are in stock but cannot guarantee next working day.

Our carriers deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm only, time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. See below for special arrangements for Saturday.

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a bank holiday will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed on a bank holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as it will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. We are able to ship to an alternative address to invoice address to make the delivery process easier where applicable.

Saturday Delivery - we also offer Saturday delivery at a cost of £40.00 charge. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 4:30pm on Friday.

Certain delivery areas may not qualify for next working day or Saturday deliveries, including:

Northern Ireland
Scottish Islands
Scottish Highlands
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight

Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands may incur a delivery surcharge dependant on weight of consignment and destination.

International Deliveries

Delivery charges to addresses outside mainland UK will be advised either by telephone or email on receipt of your order. We will not charge your account or credit card until these additional costs have been agreed and the order is confirmed.
