DTT supplies a full range of high-quality 19-inch networking cabinets — floor-standing data and server racks and wall-mounted enclosures — in a choice of heights and depths to suit any installation, with the option of next-day delivery on stock lines. All enclosures come complete with lockable doors and 4mm grey-tinted toughened glass to BS6206A (or grey-tint Perspex) fixed securely in a steel framework.

What is the difference between a data cabinet and a server cabinet?+
Data cabinets are used for structured cabling, patch panels and passive equipment and are usually shallower. Server cabinets are deeper to house servers and active equipment, with the airflow and cable management to match.
What size cabinet do I need?+
Cabinet height is measured in rack units (U). Add up the U-height of your equipment and allow room for growth, patching and airflow. We stock a range of heights, widths and depths — call us if you would like help sizing one.
Do the cabinets come with locks and glass doors?+
Yes. All our enclosures come complete with lockable doors and 4mm grey-tinted toughened glass to BS6206A (or grey-tint Perspex) fixed securely in a steel framework.
Wall-mounted or floor-standing — which should I choose?+
Wall-mounted cabinets suit smaller installations and comms points where floor space is limited. Floor-standing data and server cabinets suit larger equipment loads and full comms rooms.
