These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the DTTUK website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Prices are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Opayo/SagePay), PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of ordering. For bank transfer orders, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims should be made directly to us in the first instance. We will arrange repair or replacement at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTTUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
