Delivery Information
You can place an order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week on our web shop, or telephone our friendly sales staff on 01488 685400 during office hours 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Alternatively e-mail us your order details at [email protected].
Mainland UK
We offer Free Standard Delivery for orders over £250 (excluding VAT & delivery charges) to Mainland UK destinations. For orders under £250 there is a standard delivery charge of £9.95 per order.
Timed delivery options:
- Pre 12:30pm — £25.00
- Saturday Delivery — £40.00
Available for mainland UK deliveries where all items are in stock, on orders placed before 4:30pm. Delivery costs are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and are per order.
We endeavour to offer next working day delivery for orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday for items that are in stock.
Standard delivery — our courier companies deliver Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed. See above for timed and Saturday delivery options and pricing.
When available we will offer a link to the courier tracking information. Some couriers offer email and/or text alerts sent out on the morning of delivery with estimated 1-hour time slots, although these cannot be guaranteed.
Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as it will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left to rearrange delivery.
We can ship to an alternative address to the invoice address, and/or send goods out plain-wrapped direct to your customer. Please let us know when you place your order.
Non-Mainland UK
Certain delivery areas may not qualify for Next Working Day, Timed or Saturday deliveries and may incur a delivery surcharge dependent on weight of consignment and destination. These include:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
International Deliveries
Delivery charges to addresses outside mainland UK will be advised by telephone or email on receipt of your enquiry/order. You will not be charged until these additional costs have been agreed and the order is confirmed.
