IP rated external termination box.

The termination box is designed for use on the external wall of residential or small business premises. The unit houses a single splice tray and allows fibers from externally fed cables (Blown Fiber or conventional), to be spliced to pigtails for connection to the optical network unit. Pigtail fibers or patch cords are routed through the external wall fabric via a rear entry/exit position and are protected by 25mm diameter conduit. The unit can also be used as a transition point between internal and external cable.

The compact termination box is designed for use in residential and business applications for the termination of up to four fibers. The wall box enables the installation of either a single Blown Tube cable using up to a 4 fiber blown unit or two 2 fiber ruggedised cables to be spliced to four SC pigtails (PC or APC), which connect to adapters at the base of the unit. The unit can be quickly installed within an office, house or communication room environment.

Ultra High Density Splice Module.

Ultra High Density (UHD) System of 2U, 1U and 0U chassis is a platform offering modular splicing solution. UHD modules can feature special internal splice management housing conveniently up to 24 x splice positions. 2U rack space can contain up to 288 splice positions. Both LC (Up to 24 x ports per module) and SC (Up to 12 x ports per module) interfaces are provided. Modular splice system is ideal for Telco infrastructure. Natural demarcation by splice module provides easy selective access to installed/ spliced infrastructure and provides easy way of expending or changing services. Modules can be easily handled and splice work can take place in convenient position away from module destination rack position. MPO/MTP Loopback are used widely within testing environment especially within parallel optics 40 and 100G networks. Devices allow verification and testing of transceivers featuring MPO/MTP interface - 40G BASED-SR4 QSFP+ or 100G BASE-SR10 CXP/CFP devices. Loopbacks are built to link Transceivers (TX) and Receivers (RX) positions of MPO/MTP transceivers interfaces. MPO/MTP loopbacks can facilitate and speed up IL testing of optical networks segments by connecting them to MPO/MTP trunks/patch leads.
